Kidney Problems

My Creatnine-serum is 1.07 mg/dl and eGFR is 89 ml/min/1.73 m2. I'm going 4 to 5 times per day to motion. This is happening for more than a  year. Do i need to get any urine or kidney test to be done. Do i need to use any medicine?

Hi , I feel I have high uric acid problem and there is pain between leg thumb and index finger since morning and feeling bit feverish(not reflecting on thermometer). When I checked my levels some 6 months back it was 30points higher than the normal level. Pl suggest me a medicine for immediate relief.

My urine is yellow.. Since few weeks .i m drinking water a lot.. Not sure y it's happening ,need help to fix it.

6 year ago.i test dtp renogram showes lft kidny 15% and right 85% fuctioning..and gfr 81 ml.3 month ago.a.i got anther dtp scan.that shows lft 15% and right 85% gfr 81 ml..and my creatine 0.9 mg.and uria 18.mg.from last 1 month when i urination noraml tike in in comde.it become fomy and disapear after 1-2min.but when i drink too much drink water no foam formation.for this problem 3 day ago i got a rutine urin test  thare is no albumin.glouse.bile salt.and puss cell.specific gravity 1.015.why urin is foam?is it normal???.i Am now 23 years my bp is 140/90

Can larva (it was visible like that) of any pathogen may release in urine??? Went for urination after urination found larva kind of something floating in commode.. is it from urinary tract or was just something alrdy present in commode which I didn't see ???

After I wake up my first urine is normal and yellow in colour. After that I have to go some 3 times in 1st hour and the urine is very dilute and water like. The volume is also more. Any idea why is this?
