My age is 19 years suffering from right sided unilateral cryptorchidism. My parents doesn't treated me in childhood due to ignorance. What is the solution for me : Medicine or Surgery (whether orchiopexy or orchidectomy)?

I am facing this problem that blood comes out while passing motion almost every week... Is it normal? I am 31 years old.
