Hello doctor can you please explain me in detail and what problem occurs while not treated my son is having vomiting from 12th midnit till now he had vomiting for 22times his face he is dull sleeping a lot crying ?

Night Chills and shivering occurred with 100F fever. After taking Dolo 650 fever reduced.  Slight pain and burning sensation during urination is occurring. Slight muscle pain in the  left side of the spinal. Pls provide medication.

Suffering from testicular pain on both sides from last 7 months.. I had usg of scrotum and other tests,but everything came out to be fine. I also visited urologist from a recognized hospital and he physically examined me... He also told that i am absolutely fine... The pain mostly lies in my veins. I have a swelling in my lower stomach near bladder, and burning sensation when it swole up. When I rest on my back or sleep, it get backs to normal. I don't find any difficulty in passing urine but there is bloating in my stomach and bladder most of the time in a day. Please help which doctor to consult for best results and get cured.
