Creatinine is 4.7 and high bp issue
My father has suffering from kiney issue since last 1 month his creatinine was 4 in last month but now it increased to 4.7, he has swelling in hand and legs. Brathing problem also. He is not well at all, please suggest wat to do now?

Due to renal failure, his kidneys are not able excrete urine, his body is retaining water that's why there is swelling and breathing difficulty
