Low urge to urinate
My wife, for past few days is not having urge to urinate. She passes urine without any urge to urinate while visiting the loo. Frequency of urination is 3 times a day. She feels full but has no urge to urinate.

Lump above anus

Less pressure and frequent urge urinate
I have noticed significant drop in urine pressure. Early morning sleep is getting disturbed as I need to urinate. From last 10 days, I am getting pain in both ankles specially at hindfoot.
Also, my digestion is not good. Always have gastric issue and burps. Heaviness in right abdominal part often.
Please suggest.
