I have a pain in right back abdomen and after ultrasound and other tests. It has been seen that right kidney is swollen and there is no stones found. This was done 15 days back. But the pain still their. Any suggestions on this how long the pain will be their and any treatment that should i go fr via home remedies?

I am 22 years old female.I dont consume alcohol.i Have done Lft and My sgot is 43 and sgpt is 40.Rest all parameters in LFT are in normal range.Done routine urine analysis in which puss cells 3-4 hpf and epithilial cells 5-6hpf.Rest all parameters in urine test normal.I am experiencing frequent urination and leg pain since two months.Is this report something to worry about?..is my liver damaged?..And is there any natural way to recover?

I am having the urge to go to pee and my bladder feels completely full but when I try and pee I am not able to do it. This has happened before but I pee always maybe a few seconds later but it has never happened like now where I don't pee Even after feeling full. My renal function report is all normal.My LFT report shows slight increase in sgot and sgpt(sgot and sgpt is higher by 5 units than normal range).Rest everything in LFT is normal.urine test Epithilial cells 5-6hpf and puss cells 3-4 hpf .I am having constant leg pain and frequent and smelly urine from 2 months.What could be the cause?..is the slight rise in sgot and sgpt indicating liver damage?..can i treat it naturally?
