Kidney Problems

Hello doctor, I have been suffering from seviour dehydration for last 6 years.my blood sodium level is normal but that sodium is not being absorbed in my cells.thats why my whole body is so dry.due to chronic dehydration now I am getting little convulsions sometime, not so seriously but I get.for that reason I have been suffering from frequent urination for last 1 year.If I drink electral powder water goes out from the body in half an hour through urination.I am taking some homeopathic medicine.but it is not working properly.when it works and I go to urinate after 4, 5 hours urine colour is very very yellow.but If when medicine stops working urine happens as usual in every 2 hour.and urine color aslo becomes normal ,watery,my skin is so dry due to less water,scalp is full of danruff,in ear full of dandruff, eyelids are full of dandruff whole body is dry,I am 26 but looks like 33 years age.hairs are falling due to dandruff.I went to a urologist,he gave me tryptomer.but it not work.thank

From a month some days i have bloody urine i do ivp ultrasound found 9mm kidney stone what to do now i to stop blood

My brother was suffering by fewer and treated with tab. Dolo 650 and cefixime 250. afterwards he suffered by stomach ache. He treated with antacids but it was not controlled. He urinated reddish so Later on urine routine test given, in that test pus cells 5-7.Rbc 35-40, glucose nil, ( bacteria cysts and crystals = nil) Bp:130/90.  RBS=89. On 10.06.19 evening only given Renal function test. In that pus cells are comes down by 3-5 hpf. The same day evening he started with Norflox tab. But now he doesn't have stomach ache. Now tell me what was his problem? Is it urine infection? Or it's kidney stones problem's.

Please help me with this I was having kidney stones 1 of 4mm in left kidney 1 of 4mm in left ureter . 1 of 4mm in right kidney and after having homopathic medicine I have again done ultrasound I have attached reports with this kindly help me

I have shared my usr plz tell me what is calyceal sepration and what can i do regarding to that or it is possible to cure ourself from this disease without any surgrey

Why do we get recurrent uti and genital candidiasis may I know n what's the treatment to overcome it . Any leads

Sir I am getting pain in right back every morning. I have done ultrasound scan also they were saying 7mm calculus in right kidney

I have pain in upper abdomen, vomiting, less urine is passing, swelling in legs, fever, after eating pain increases, i have done my usg. And its saying , mild hepatomegaly, left renal calculus, splitting in central echopattern of left kidney due to obstructive uropathy. What it all shows, i went to dr but he said nothing is serious after medication also i am not feeling well pain is still is same. And he havnt said for the cbc test, he just gave to have urine test and thyroid test. How could i know this is kidney damage or something else.

What is dtpa scanning what is normal range. Please advise me as soon as possible  i will thankful to you.
