Kidney Problems

Please can anybody confirm if i have a stricture, and if yes than in what area of the urethra and is it very long?

I have 4.3mm stone in right kidney,and mild swelling of the kidney.do I need a surgery or can this be cured with medication? I'm drinking 5ltrs of water daily.also using k cit cyrup, dynapres 0.4 tblt. Please help how can I get it removed?

My Brother's Son has undergone left  pyeloplasty surgery by laparoscopy method , due to Gross hydronephrosis of puj obstruction of left kidney , before surgery working condition of left kidney was 23% after sugery it fall to 11% ..! Is there any problems in future to right kidney due to failure of left kidney

Dear Doctors, My 3.6-year old child going to urinate very frequently. It's around 4 day I am observing her that she is going urinate for 10-15 times in a day earlier It was not like that.
