Kidney Problems

I was referred for mibg scan after elevated levels of metanephrines and nor metanephrines in my plasma test. The mibg scan didn't reveal anything abnormal. I have hypertension for past 7 years and have been under medications for the same. I also was diagnosed with anxiety disorder 4 years back and face panic attacks on daily basis. Apart from panic attacks I have persistent headaches and occasional chest pains. I have been advised by one of endocrinologist to undergo Plasma aldosterone- plasma renin ratio blood test. Wanted to know difference between the metanephrines test and aldosterone test and is there any possibility of some other tumor other than pheochromocytoma having similar symptoms?

I have kidney stone 4 mm on right side and 4.5 mm on left side since last 4 years and it's not curing with medicine. I have tried homeopathic and ayurvedic medicines but all in vain. I'm experiencing extreme pain in lower back only on left side. The pain started previous night but it was almost bearable. Since past 2 hours it has been extreme pain there. The pain feels lime cramps in lower back and left side .I also suffered from UTI(assumed) since past few days for which I took antibiotic Ciplox twice a day for 4 days. What should Ido..? Is it any side effect of the antibiotic I took..? What's my problem ?

Today I have observed that blood comes while passing urine with little pain. After passing urine again I am getting urine sensation for another half and hour.
