I am using insulin for past 3 years... But still there is no improvement in my body condition... I couldn't find solution to control sugar level in my body... Is there any other way or steps to be taken to control level for me??...

My wife is suffering from type 2 diabetes, post AVR, CKD, CRTP,she has been maintaining sugar level up to last week around 140 pp, and fasting below 100, with, novanorm 2,thrice, volibo. 2 twice and Zomlis met twice a day, but since her level has risen, from 100 to 180  fasting pp from 140 to300 pp, Dr started insulin with 8 unit along with Dimicron 60 twice besides above medicines, how this level can be controlled, please advise

I have Hypothyroid since Mar 2013. Since then i am regularly taking Thyronorm 100mcg. I check my T3, T4 and TSH levels atleast twice a year. Till now, all the values are within the range. Please suggest if i should continue to take the same 100mcg dosage? or If I can reduce the dosage. Thanks in advance :) D
