My eosinophil is 14.8%, it shows in higher range, what problem will come, what type of treatment needed for getting normal rage

Tsh value 3.53 range 0.3-5.5 ;FT3 3.31 range 1.7-4.2;FT4 1.18 range 0.7-1.8 ;suggesting thyronormalcy whether i need to take thyroid tablet.

I have thyroid problems. I am 25 years old. I am advised to take thyronorm 12.5 mcg tablets by my doctor. But here it is mentioned that is has side effects like hair loss. So shall I go for this medicine or not as it will cause hairloss to me?

My sons HbA1c is 5.51 the range should be less than 5.9, even though it is within the normal range, still he is close to the border of prediabetes, so I am really worried about that...
