I m 9 week pregnent and my hba1c is 6.5 and as per tommorow test 117 befor eat I m very nervous to know about this as i dont want my unborn chid shuld be affect with this.

Apart from dietary changes, you need to be started on medicines to bring the sugar levels under control. The risk to your child will be very less if your sugar levels are kept under good control.
