Doctor im obese have lot of acnes n has hairloss which is why im doubting if i have pcod or pcos. However my menstrual cycles for past 2 months have been delaying by 10 days please help me doctor

Blood test from last December shows elevated value of TSH(15) and had thyronorm (50 mg)for 3 months and stopped. One week before ,thyroid profile test had taken and found out that AMA level is high(343),T3,T4,TSH,FT3,FT4 in normal range What's the significance of this result? Do I need to take any treatment? Lifestyle is sedentary and gaining weight over the last 6 months. Their are symptoms like fatigue and over sleep.latest tyroid profile test report is attached

Hi, is it safe to use Xigduo xr? My hba1c is 6.7 ..post prandial is hooting high. Many a times upto 180-200..fasting is always below 110...once I start using Xigduo, can I be off it after some time? Is it a very strong drug to use at this age? I have been using glycomet 500xr 2 tikes daily but have now been recommended Xigduo xr 10/1000. It has been prescribed to lose weight and control pp level...please suggest...

Hi, with the recent thyroid test,my T3 is 92 , T4 is 7.3 and TSH is 6.41. Is there any way I can avoid taking hypothyroidism tablets? I hv heard that the medication once starts has to be taken for life long. Need some guidance..

Am having hypothyroid,age 31,my TSH was 7.63 when i went to doctor he prescribed MEGA-3 supplement, then after a month TSH 6.5 whn tested,then doctor prescribed Thyronorm 25mcg,multivitamin, vitamin D3.But i was feeling dizziness,mild ear itching,eye blur & imbalance initailly.but after a month dizziness is not there & no eye imbalance.but Now somtimes i am feeling lightheaded, mild ear vibration.ENT doc said all good.just wanted to know is this related to thyroid or other problem. plz suggest
