Hormonal Imbalances

I have TSH level above 500 what to do. Also i have irregular menstrual cycle for last 6 to 7 months.

I have been under medication for thyroid. About 8 months back my TSH was 17.40 & was prescribed to take 75 mcg of Thyronorm. About 3 months back my TSH was within the normal range but I continued to take 75 mcg of Thyronorm. Now my TSH has fallen down the normal range. Please advise the dosage of Thyronorm.

Sir please try to sort me out as doctor has prescribed my mother insulin please let me know that is it necessary to use insulin in this stage and will it can cause any problems i even don't know about which type of diabetes have please clear me out

My Fiance reported a problem that I wanted to check with you. She is 27 years and it seems like she was wrongly diagnosed as Diabetes earlier and now it was identified as some Vitamin Deficiency. She also mentioned that she is currently taking Insulin and doctor mentioned that it will take another 6 months to cure it. My question is whether Insulin is used for any kind of deficiency?

My hba1c report result is 5 which is good. Is fbs and ppbs test required if hba1c test result is less than 6.5?

Actually i was tested for Hba1c in jan 2018 and the reading was 5.8.But now i tested again on today for all sugar test.my fasting sugar is 88,pp is 113 after breakfast,pp after lunch is 98 and hba1c is 5.5.i hade drunk water in the morning before fasting test.So i want to know according to previous hba1c reading i am prediabetic but according to current reading i am not.So may i know,i am prediabetic or not. Note: my B12 was very low So i had takem 7 injections of B12.Deficiency of B12 also afftects the Hba1c readings?
