Sugar ,loosing weight ,mostly effect legs, my skin gets dry and  hair loss ,taking medicine glz+,vobose 0.3 ,sugar in fasting 280 to 300

Doctor has prescribed " Dabigo 150 mg" for 1 month but because of the lockdown I am unable to reach the doctor for further prescription or consultation

Patient is chronically diabetic. Undergoing treatment for open wound on foot. Stiches are to be applied. But Hb was 7.7. 1 Unit Blood tranfusion done. Doctor has advised Protein powder twice a day to increase the hb further. But he has chronic kidney disease. Should he take this protein powder?

For past 5 years my father was taking Afoglip M 1000Mg and Roseday 5Mg but recently he switched to generic medicines of same salt composition. So I just want to know that does generic medicines shows same results and effect as per Afoglip and Roseday, I am bit concerned regarding the sugar result and don't want it to get increased because of generic medicines. Please let me know whether there is any need to switch back to old companies or can go with generic medicine with full confidence and faith.
