Medicine induced hyperprolactima

I have medicine induced hyperprolactima. I take regular psychiatric medicines and have recently changed got my prescription changed by either eliminating or slowly reducing to finally stop some of the medicines which can be the reason of the increase in prolactin levels. The issue is my psychiatrist wants me to take cabergoline (0.25) too along with reduced medicines but on the other hand my endocrinologist told me not to take cabergoline at all. Should I be taking it or not? After how many weeks should I get tested for prolactin again? Which psychiatric medicines are more likely to induce hyperprolactima? Last time I had medicine induced hyperprolactima I gained 16 kgs in 2 months even after rigorous exercising and very strict dieting and there was amenorrhea for 4 straight months. My menses are already late and I have started gaining weight again so I have started a diet and exercise plan.Lifestyle changes and following modified prescription are the only things in my hand right now.
