Hormonal Imbalances

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 3 years back and was prescribed with 25mcg thyronorm. I took medication for 2 years..after that i stopped it. As my tsh levels were coming normal in past 4-5 tests. since 1  year i have not taken thyronorm but tsh is below 4 only.but my hba1c is above 6 since last 1 year. What should be done.i am planning to getting married this year. More over, my mom is having hypothyroidism and diabetes.

Fasting Sugar level is: 185 After meal: 225 Taking insulin regularly. In my feet there is itching all the time. How to control this and sugar level naturally.

Hi, I have undergone a whole medical body checkup on September 2019 my sugar level before fasting is 102mg/dl And after food 152mg/dl But in A1c test is normal I don't have pre-diabetes anything. But testing took long time since I go for early morning 8 clock but I'm very hungry they took the fasting test after 9 only. So I go for another lab to check my sugar level which is in October 2019 sugar level is fasting 79 mg/dl After food is 124mg/dl which is normal Now I need a clarification for diabetes since I'm Feeling some tingling and some pain in my nervous symptoms of diabetes I'm worried can anyone tell me whether a pre-diabetes or any diabetes can occur so fast to a person with in six months of testing sugar level. And one more clarification how long it will take for diabetes please keep kindly reply me. Thanks in advance,

Iam checked RBS after 90 minutes of taking large breakfast and tea that shows as 141 iam very anxious that result . Evening iam tested again with another meter it shows as 95 and again tested another glucometer it shows as 98. It is possible to fluctuations . Iam very worried about 141 RBs it is normal or not ? Pls suggest. Regards.

Can i take thyronorm 24mcg and kanchnar guggul daily together or with an hour break? I was diagnosed of hypothyroidism this month.. and have started doing yoga and exercises daily and have also been taking thyronorm daily.
