I am having swelling under the chin, which is only noticable if I look up, also I feel lymp node there, which only feels on touch. No visible appearance. I am taking relent tab from couple of days which reduce my feeling of something stuck in the throat, but this swelling is not going away, what should I do? I am scared .

I am aged 22 yrs and i got tested for Thyroid profile and i got tsh 6.03 and T4 value as 11.4. Do i need to get a medication? What foods do i need to avoid?
