TSH 6.75, T3 T4 Normal
Hello all.. Recently i got my dad tested for Thyroid Function.. T3 and T4 came out well within normal but TSH shows elevated at 6.75.. He is in normal health without any symptoms.. plz advise if i need to worry abt him or should i consider another test once again to confirm? Any feedback would be much appreciated

Tour dad thyroid report suggest it’s in subclinical hypothyrodisum. In this condition u don’t have symptoms but report will b abnormal. So in this case also can start on treatment if anti TPO antibodies positive, neck swelling, history of heart disease or cholesterol. So get the anti TPO antibodies test done and consult.
