Iam checking my blood sugar frequently,
My FBS result 90, after 2 hrs of meals 125, At 5PM after tea 107, At 7 PM my RBS is 90.
These fluctuations are common in normal people?
How often to check blood sugars in normal people. Pls suggest.

Range of sugar increasing
