I m a diabetes patient and it's under control like fasting 140-150 and after food 140-160. My company asking me to come office with fitness certificate , is it safe for diabetes patient to go outside in this covid-19 situation ? If any diabetes patient is perfectly fit ,is it recommend from the doctor to go outside in covid19? Need your suggestion in this so that I can convey the same message to my company .

2 month ago i chaek my FBS in lab it was 97 after 11 hour fasting,..bt recently i cheak my fbs in home finger prick test after 9 hour it was 106 bt after 10 hour it increases to 115 around...Bt pp & random it was 116-120...I have hypertension...i take medicine daily losarton and cilidipine..now my bp below 140/90...my weight is 76.. height 5ft 6inch..at age 25 ..i am prediabetic or not??what should i do ...i all time anxious about my health..and sugar..i test sugar last one week daily...i exercise daily besis.. Hi Doctor I am diabetic from past 4 years.currently I am on following medicine. Janumet 50/500 1-0-1 Jardiance 12.5mg 1-0-0 Sugar levels are controlled. FBS:125 PPBs:150. HBA1C:7.5 My concern is about cost of medicines. They are charging me 4000/- pm I need a replacement for above medicine . Please advise me alternative where I can meet my above readings. Regards Ravi
