Fasting and pp blood sugar

Asked for Male, 29 Years

My fasting (10 hours fasting) blood sugar is 73 and my pp blood sugar ( 2 hours after the meal) is 83. Is it very Low?? What is the ideal range of blood sugar? At the mid of night I used to feel hungry and many times in a day even after an hour of lunch I feel hungry.

your blood sugars are normal check blood sugar during hungry, if grbs less than 60 mg/dl said low sugar in non diabetics eat lots of vegetables and dal with 3 major meals.. then your hungriness may come down
