Please check the attached report of my father and clarify the condition of cholesterol and other things as per report and to whom we consult either cardio specialist or diabetes.

Recently done thyroid test... My t3 levels are 181.52 ng/dl t4 levels are 13.27 ug/dl Ultra tsh levels are 0.10 uIU/ml ...are these levels normal?... I have difficulty falling asleep, anxiety and tiredness.

I am type 2 diabetic diagnosis in jan.21. But in June my HBA1C report is 5.6 so doctor stop my diabetic medicine. My today's blood suger report.Fasting 70 and PP 112 mgdl. But I suffered shortness of breath last 20 day.in tha day time not in night. I have diagnosed hypothyroidism in 2014 and 2019. I took medicine in 2019 for 3 months but due to fatigue and over sleeping problem i have discontinued. But now I am experiencing same problem from 3-4 months and I am gaining weight day by day.
