Hormonal Imbalances

I am a diabetic female for last 20 years. Recently I have done liver function test and my report is ... bilirubin total 0.62 . AST-62 ALT-40 and GGTP-100 is it alarming? How can I reduce the level ? Rest report are ok.

I recently went through lot of stress after death of my father in May this year. I never had any unusual tsh or thyroid levels upto last year. My thyroid gland has been swelling since may and I got myself tested. What treatment do I need? I have depression, hairfall, sleepiness and weakness since may.

Iam having hyperthyroidism. Iam taking carbimazole 10 mg,ciplar la 40mg...and combibest...iam having mouth sores...are these the side effects of these medicines?

Today while doing gym. I was exercising and i felt like a shivering sensation throughout my body. Like not externally but internally and it did not go away at once. Now i have health anxiety and so i related this to what if my sugar level became low or will i faint next. I did not do my exercise and left and had a sugar drink. But i eat healthy drink plenty wather. Was this shivering due to sweat or muscle as i was doing back exercise or for stomach issue cause iwas having stomach issue too. And can my sugar level become so low?

Previously she had some sugar issue like 4 month later FBS :120 AND PPBS 160, but one doctor has given medivine for 10 days then it comes under control.. So we checked the sugar level in every 6weeks and it showed that the sugar level is in balance state. 4 days later my mother has some serious sweating ,weakness and Nasal Blockage. So I took him to Hospital and checked his Blood Sugar level which was FBS:-141 AND PPBS:-191. So i consulated to a doctor but he gave us a lot of medication . My mother is in a state of panic. And can the Medication be stoped or it is needed to be continued ? @Metformine 500mg 2 times a day [B.F] @Glimepiride 2mg 2 times a day [B.F] When she is taking the medicine 2 times a day she is feeling too weak to walk and do any thing. So he is taking the medicien 1 time a day i.e  In the morning. So what should i do in this codition🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏?

My father's blood sugar levels remain normal. He has diabetes and has Jalra M 50mg/1gm prescribed by doctor. From past two days his sugar levels drop and feels weakness. Why is this happening?

I had normal fbs and hba1c 3 months bck but high cholesterol , i had a very bd anxiety about having diabetes , my diet in these 3 months was quite unhealthy , should i get some test to rule out if i have diabetes or it is not necessary and i am ok , because i am having left side arm pain and shoulder pain consulted cardio he said normal , but an friend of mine with diabetes kind of have similar pain on left side this is why i am scared , should i do something except some pain in left side of upper body i dont have any symptoms plus i am also having frequent burping since 7 days...

We want our grandma to travel from Lucknow to Bangalore this week, of course we'll be with her. She is very diabetic and often falls sick. Her bp keeps fluctuating to extremely high and low. Her doctor says that she can't recieve a covisheild since she's diabetic. Can she travel? Will she never be able to get a shot? We also need a doctor 24/7 for assistance if she does come to Bangalore ? Please help us out to schedule a call with us asap. Thanks !
