High sugar with high bp
Good morning doctors
My father has high sugar i.e. 410. He is 67. His bp is 60/146. What should I do as first aid? Please advise.

Treatment would depend upon what the condition of your father is right now.
And also on the results of some test that need to be done like test for Ketone bodies etc.
Take him to a hospital to be evaluated which is the best course of action with these Sugars and BP.
