Height 4.8 ft, weight 54, age 52, female. I diagnosed with type2 diabetes 7 years back. I frequently gone to check my sugar levels. My fasting blood sugar 136, post meal 200. Lipid profile: cholestrol 135 mg/dl, Triglycerides 110 mg/dl, HDL 62, LDL 51, VLDL 22, and also my Serum creatinine levels are 0.9. is this normal levels? I afraid about creatinine levels? Is there any precautions to control creatinine?

Sir/ma'am I accidentally took my father's daibetic protein powder in milk today evening. I am non diabetic but my father is diabetic with Hba1c 7.2. Will this affect my diabetis? Should I rush to emergency? I am really worried pls help.
