Sugar spike in urine test

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Respected Doctor's My Dad Age 59 having burning sensation while urinating took urine sample test his first report taken before a week showed sugar Nil but after one week the latest report showing sugar 3 plus, his blood glucose,hbA1c and kidney functions and scan results are within normal range, so what we have to do next,what might be the possible cause for this sudden sugar levels in the urine ,I have attached both lab results, Thank you!! He is taking antibiotics for UTI since one week,non diabetic patient
