Hi..I am 43 years old female..
Got my
hb1ac checked 6 months back,it was 5.6
Still to avoid getting
diabetes in the future, I was told to avoid eating stuff that causes sudden
sugar spikes
I eat 10-11 soaked raisins first thing in the morning ..can this lead to sudden spikes and should this be avoided?
Also drinking jaggery water first thing in the morning or eating roti or rice (carbohydrates) for lunch and dinner in the beginning without having salads or soup
Can you advise..Both my parents are diabetics
What else should I be very careful about?
What can I do to
Thanks
