Hormonal Imbalances

My mom is a type2 diabetic. Recently i went to lab, for to take blood sugar levels. Fasting blood sugar 96, Post meal 114, HbA1c 5.51. is there any chance to type 2 diabetes to me. My age 24, Height 5.3, weight 55. Any precautions to don't develop or prevent in future.

Month back I suffered from frequent urination problem, my urine report is normal, but my Fasting blood sugar is 103, random blood sugar is 123 and my hba1c is 6.2, so I'm PreDiabetic. I control my diet and start working out. And my frequent urination problem is better now. But from yesterday all of sudden I feel hungry more so I check my blood sugar at 1:30pm. I ate my breakfast at 10:30. it's 98. It's normal or low? Or its because of I'm taking less calories ?
