Withdrawal symptoms of synthetic steroid

I am 23yr male weighing 57kg before i was 62 kg and 5ft 9 inch height. while I was 20 yr old i joined gym and my trainer gave me whey protein and i took it for 3 yrs repeatedly after once I tested that protein powder it was mixed with synthetic steroids Now i m suffering with loss of appetite and indigestion, hesitation to food and acid vomiting in the morning and stomach pain
