Hello I want to ask what can my father eat and drink as he has 7.1 haemoglobin and he also has severe keratotic mucosal dysplasia on tongue Please suggest!!!

Low Hbbhas to be addressed bwih prompt treatment with Iron /Folic acid Vit C and stuff
