Hormonal Imbalances

Was diagnosed with diabetes and hba1c 12.1. Reduced weight and managed to get to 5.4 range in 6 months WITHOUT MEDICINE. Now standing at 5.7 to 5.8 from last one year. Trying best to loose more weight and get close to 5. I hope no need to get on medication?

My father has been having diabetes since 2008. Now his HBa1c is 8.5 (last time it was 8.1), Fasting blood sugar is 131 (last time it was 139) and avg blood glucose is 190. He consumes alcohol occasionally (4-5 times monthly). Is it harmful for him? He takes medicines, he maintains diet routine property, exercises a lot. Still his HBA1c is abnormally high. What can be done???

Today when I checked sugar levels Got 97 in fasting and 153 in ppbs. Is this a problem please advice.

Is this sugar level is fine at the age of 39. Before fasting 85 After fasting 128 Also can i take 1/4 spoon of sugar in coffee/tea

In april 2022, because of delayed menstruation, I got my thyroid profile and TSH was 0.02. My TSH antibody test and free t4 done was normal. My thyroid 99mtc scan showed reduced tracer uptake by thyroid gland. It showed 0.2%. Then after 2 months, in june 2022 , I got my TSH checked and it was 7.06. I am concerned for such a huge change in TSH level from 0.02-7.06. I have got weight gain, slightly upset stomach, hair fall, slightly disturbed menstrual cycle. I take 400 mcg of budesonide inhaler daily for asthma. What steps should I take, to bring normal range of hormone?

My age is 25 and weight is 76kg my fasting blood sugar level is 105mg/dl and random test after eating is 123 mg/dl i am quite worry about it plz help it out

My father is diabetic  and blood pressure patient and is on metaformin and pinom 10 but he doesn't have high BP sometimes it fluctuate i have seen metaformin can damage you in long run he is taking cholesterol tablets with it can anybody suggest good multivitamins for my father
