My father suffered from diabetes since 1996 during bed rest (12 months) due to an accident .Now suger level is so high fasting 397 so please suggest how it will be reversed

I feel that I experience fatigue and tiredness in the morning if I don't have breakfast. And as soon as I eat something I start feeling better and energetic. Is it a sign of diabetes? I had gotten myself tested a few months back for fasting sugar and it was normal. The report is attached with this. Please advise accordingly.

I am 36 years old male with family history of diabetes. My Hba1c is 5.9. My thyroid profile, Liver function  and all other CBC,, heamogram are under normal range. I used to weigh 74 Kg. Have lost around 5.5 Kg weight in the last 1.5 months. Don't know what is causing my sudden Weight Loss .

Hi. Which test should be preferred to check sugar levels in a person? Is it glucose fasting,pp and random test or one can straight away go for hb1ac?

Hi doctor, Im a non diabetic person since last 2 months iam feeling thirsty after eating carbohydrated food like rice, sugar im feeling excessive thirst after eating them. Checked my sugar level is normal Fasting :75 mgs% After 2 hr meal:107 mgs% Hba1c: 5.0 % Average sugar is 92.4 mgs% So when im stop carbohydrate food my thirst go away automatically Im so scared and getting stressed out everyday Whether im developing diabetes Please tell me

I had glucose tolerance test.my fasting glucose and 1 hr glucose levels after having 75gms of glucose are normal.but my 2nd hr glucose levels are low it is 77.what does it indicates.am I diabetic or prediabetic.

I had done my blood test in 2019 in which blood sugar came 104 and in 2022 it reduced to 85 though I had followed tight diet and minimum 30 min walking everyday..Is this a causes for reduction Blood sugar or should I undergo for blood test again.

My Bp was 140/80, 72 bpm, taking Telmistran 40mg twice a day, went to clinic for diabetic checkup sugar is under control, doctor prescribed Tigatel H (Telmistran 40mg hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg) and told me take only once a day, after 10 days i again went to check up bp was 160/100, doctor again changed the drug met XL trio(Cilnidipine 10mg + Metoprolol Succinate 50mg + Telmisartan 50mg), should i follow according to doctor or follow Telmistran 40mg twice a day... for 72years aged person 140/80 was normal why doctor is changing medicine???

My wife taking thyroxin 125 Present test report of TSH 12 now I want to consult a endocrinologist to know increase the thyroxin dose
