Body shaking if not eaten for a while
I have been facing this issue for a long time now, when it's been a while since I haven't eaten, my body starts to shake and shiver. I can't think properly when it's happening and make bad decisions really fast. Should I urgently see a doctor or just make my diet a bit regular? Is it hypoglycemia? Please advice
