Hello. After covid in 2021 my sugar levels are high. Below are the readings by glucometer : Fasting sugar : 110-120 range PP sugar : 140-150 range HBA1C : 6.5 I am not taking any medicine yet, Do I need to start medicines. What should I do, I am not taking any precautions in diet aswell.

I'm suffering from diabetes type . As I'm taking dose metformin 500 + vildagliptin 50mg after breakfast. I have noticed the half life of vildagliptin is 2-3 hours where as half life of sitagliptin is 10 hours . Vildagliptin not able control sugar after 4 or 5 hours . Should I try sitagliptin . Thyroid issue

Suddenly I got diagnosed with hypothyroid. My t3 and t4 is normal tsh is 26. Dr. Prescribed me with thyronorm 50mcg for lyftym with antitpo test.
