Hello Doc, As checked last month and this month, I am diabetic and my sugar level is above 290 with fasting and above 450 without fasting. I feel thirsty all the times and keep doing urinating alot. Currently due to pursuing work as per the US shift hours, my lifestyle impacted. I can't start medicine bcz it will impact my insulin.

Hi My father has been diagnosed with HBA1C of 13.6. and fasting sugar of 192. The doctor has suggested vilcure before food and glycomet 850 sr after food in the morning and night. Wanted to confirm if these are fine. Thanks

My mom is type 2 diabetic. She took metformin(500mg) and gliclazide(40mg) formulation tablet every morning before meal. But she took today metformin(500mg) and glipizide(5mg) formulation tablet and her blood sugar dropped to 50 even after eating meal. So I want to ask is gliclazide and glipizide both are different and can glipizide dropped blood sugar fast??

Hi, My mother is 55 years old and has diabetes since last 10 years. She is very fond of coffee in winters however these days when she takes Sugar-free and jaggery in coffee, her sugar level rises up. Please suggest any sugar free substitute which she can use in coffee apart from sugar-free and jaggery.
