Please see my report.. my fasting sugar level was 75 and after two hour meal it was 173 and hb a1c test has been done. Please see and advice me whether i am diabetic or pre diabetes or something else

Iam 30 yrs old . Recently when i checked my fasting sugar , it is coming between 105 to 110 in most of the days . Should i need to take tablets ? Or is this value can be reduced without taking tablets ? Or even if we start tablets is it possible to stop at any stage ? Both my parents are diabetic , so iam worried.

I take lunch 3pm ..after 5 hour I test my sugar ...my sugar level is 125 ..is sugar level is normal or nt

I do blood work every year for diabetes and my values were always within normal. Always it will be Below 5.6 only which is normal. I did a blood work last August and it was 6.5. Dr put me on metformin 500mg once a day. I also gained lots of weight in the last 2 years because of my medicines for other chronic pain. So I gained weight around 30 kgs. I am 105kgs now. I was taking metformin once a day and repeated the blood work in November. It was 6.5 again and Dr put me on 1000mg metformin twice a day..so 2000mg a day. I am taking it since November and have to repeat the blood lab next month. I feel so nauseated since I started this metformin. I used to eat lots of rice and carb items. I am reducing it now and focused on my diet. Irrespective of this, my weight didn't reduce it at all and it remains the same. Whether 6.5 value is higher and whether it's controllable? Also, I have high inflammation in blood since 2021. My CRP is always high. Repeated CRP blood and it's high.

Can u tell which diabetes medicine Cause significant weight loss I want to use tablet Not injection

Hello sir/mam, As we know lots of generic medicine are available in market and online. I want to know all the generic medicine having same Salt composition and different brand are effective and safe. For example if I take Glimepiride tablet from zeelab pharmacy I get it in 10 rupees as compared to Cipla or sun pharmaceutical which cost me 50 rupees. So can we go for any generic medicine or should we stick with brand?
