Hormonal Imbalances

Vitamin D level is 4.82 ng/ml and Tsh level is 3.75mclU/ml I'm 31 yrs old and plan to conceive this year but have been told that Tsh levels are too high for that so I might need to take hormone pills to reduce it. Since my Vitamin D is low, would you suggest that I take supplements first? Please advise. I have been informed that low Vitamin D can lead to high Tsh.

Heard of a surgery for sugar is it true and if yes what are the benifit and disadvantages of it can have a advise on it

I did TSH T3 T4 test recently here is the result. I can see TSH is 8.6, T4: 6.1, T3 : 147. Please consult. Also is it ok if I can take Thyronorm 125 MCG. Thanks,

Physical health going down. Feeling exhausted somewhat idle.Diabetes level was 350 recently checked.but no effective results yet

In the latest Lab test results dated Mar 2017, two parameters which had shown substantial increase are AMYLASE 178.2 U/L (Ref 30-118 U/L) and LIPASE 203.3 U/L (Ref 13-60 U/L). The previous results dated Oct 2016 were AMYLASE 117 U/L and LIPASE 52.2 U/L Current HbA1c 6.6 within range. Acute skin dryness, I am Diabetic on Insuline & tablets
