Vitamin D level is 4.82 ng/ml
Vitamin D level is 4.82 ng/ml and Tsh level is 3.75mclU/ml I'm 31 yrs old and plan to conceive this year but have been told that Tsh levels are too high for that so I might need to take hormone pills to reduce it. Since my Vitamin D is low, would you suggest that I take supplements first? Please advise. I have been informed that low Vitamin D can lead to high Tsh.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take injection. Uprise D3 6L once a week for 6 weeks. After that tab. D3 must 60k to be chewed once a week for 12 weeks. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
