Hi .. I was diagnosed with pcos 1&1/2 years ago (I was also having very low TSH) and I was put on krimson 35 and vitamin D capsule. It didn't really do any good. Now I have been taking homoeopathic treatment also since 2 months. I lost 3 kg in 2 months also but my hairloss is getting worse. Can I take biotin 5000 MCG to help my hairfall? If not can u please suggest anything that would help?

I've been diagnosed withe hyperactive thyroid in 3/2015 my tsh was 0.007 and I'm using carbemazole starting with 30 mg and now am on 5mg from one year . My problem is that my periods are not regular. i am married since 1.5 years nd when we plan to concieve either my periods are late or no periods .i had consult various doctors nnd consumed various mdicines for harmonal imbalance but all of no use. becoz of irregular periods constantly i am gaining weight ....dont know what to do now..plz help

TSH 8.67 t3 and t4 normal I am a 28 year working woman with a desk job from 11-8; I am a vegetarian ( milk based products i do consume) generally healthy - i swim 4 days a week, i am 5 feet tall and weigh 50kgs ; however last three months my diet has been out of control - basically eating everything without timings ! I have had tsh levels high in the past but i have brought them down with change in lifestly and diet . Is it possible if you can supplement me a multivitamin as I plan to reduce my tsh naturally by changing my diet and lifestlye and exercising more regularly
