My wife Did 4 tests over a period of 2 months ... tsh level first above 5. 2nd time 7. 3rd time it came 3.6 and yesterday it came 5.6... she has hair breakage prblm dry skin also weight gain symptoms

She should get a blood test called anti microsomal antibody. It will help to decide the furthur course of action. Also, I would suggest you postpone pregnancy plans till this issue is sorted.
