Biscuits, rusks, cakes,corn flakes, pastries and choclates.Fruits juices, milk shakes, syrups, alcoholic beverages, aerated cold drinks.
Fried fish, fried chicken, fried meats, kebas (full of salt).Refined white flour, Maida, cornstarch, white bread, buns, bagels.
Sweet potato, beet root, arbi, potato and carrots.White rice, biryani, fired rice, noodles, pasta, Bananas, mangoes, grapes, chiku, lichi.
Foods – consumable freely .Lemon water , tea and coffee without sugar, green tea, unsweetened cocoa powder, carbonated water ,
