Hello I am suffering form diabetes & hypertension, need you advice on the same. currently taking Glycomet GP1 twice a day & Telma AM 40 mg once a day

Under medication with glcomet trio 1 daily 1 along with tenglyn 1 daily in the morning . fasting sugar 95. after food 70. do i have to reduce medication.

Wide fluctuation in blood glucose levels.from 49 to 300 mg/dl.Patient is on mixtard 30/70 insulin bd,mclizide m 1 tds,voglibose,1 tds. Recent complication of diabetic retinopathy. My mother had suffered a heart attack on 25th of Feb. She got her treatment at Gandhi Memorial Hospital. She got her release on 1st March. Doctor said her heart condition is OK but the attack was due to high Blood Sugar.He replaced Januvia with istamet xr cp (100/1000) and asked to continue the insulin ( lupisulin 30:70 ) intake at 28/ 16 unit. But the PP results still coming around 477,387. Please help,it's urgent.
