You have hypothyroidism and the levels indicate that you will need a thyroid hormone replacement. Dose can be decided only after evaluation.
Hba1c of 7.3 is fairly good, however it will be better to aim for less than 7. Recheck it after 3 months and if still high despite diet , exercise and regular medicines, you might require increase in the dose.
