I am 36 years female . Diabetic since past 4 years and in recent blood test diagnosed with high TSH(14.23) . My FBS(118) Post lunch(126) and HBA1C(7-3) . I am on Melmet 1000SR .

You have hypothyroidism and the levels indicate that you will need a thyroid hormone replacement. Dose can be decided only after evaluation. Hba1c of 7.3 is fairly good, however it will be better to aim for less than 7. Recheck it after 3 months and if still high despite diet , exercise and regular medicines,  you might require increase in the dose.
