Hormonal Imbalances

Hello, My Mother is 52 year old type 1 diabetic since 7 odd years, she's not on any insulin but she's prescribed with ERITEL AM, Triglycomate and Ecosprin. Her reports are good and even it was recorded 120 during fast. Her diet is mostly on complex carbs and rarely a protein with walking and house hold works as a major physical activity, though she's not physically strong, as i am a certified nutritionist, i am trying force her to get her macros right but that rarely happens with her with protein as we are purely vegetarians and we don't even eat eggs too. There are no other supplements in her diet than the above mentioned medications and a high complex carb diet. I would really want to know what supplements do i need to add in her diet to make her strong as i'm not sure including any as she's diabetic type1. i am into intermittent fasting of 16-18 hours and it has given me great health benefits and to drop my fat % level, as of my knowledge Intermittent fasting has a great health b

I'm suffering with PCOD since 2008. Despite medication for 6-months, 3 months at a stretch. I haven't been able to control the problem. I lead a healthy lifestyle with Yoga 5 days a week. I walk. run etc about 3.5 kms on an average every day. I constantly have been gaining weight despite my regular physical activity. If I eat Krimson 35/ Diane 35 my periods become normal and once I leave medication it becomes irregular. I've been off medication from the last one year and have induced periods using deviry etc. Kindly suggest if I should get some tests done and should i see an endocronologist

My mother is a diabetic patient, so , is there any test to know which type of diabetes she is having

I have high blood glucose, high cholesterol, high glycosylated hemoglobin, high mean plasma glucose...protein, ketones in urine and increased urobilinogen. Is this normal diabetes or should I be concerned?

I am having diabetes type 2 since 14 years . i am not able to sleep even for 5 hours properly per day due to which my head us aching and stomach is paining and i am feeling retless . i am taking sleeping pills . i am getting sudden chest pain while sleeping in afternoon due to bad thoughts and tension . and my weight is decreasing due to which i am feeling mentally depressed . please do advice me.

Hai I had heavy bleeding for a year due to multiple poly cysts in my ovary and I have been taking homeopathy medicine for nearly six months but when I stop the medicine,  again I m getting the bleeding problem. I am losing weight. Hairfall. Allopathy medicines causes mouth ulcers to me. Is there any permanent solution to get rid of this problem?. Will this lead to bigger health issues?
