Recently I had sensation in my left foot and I checked my sugar in fasting was 150 and HbA1c is 8.1 so please advise do I consider my self diabetic.. I used to have low sugar but recently I started ART Treatment as well..

fasting is 239
pp (after meal ) is 358
and c peptide is 4.15
