Hormonal Imbalances

A month ago my father had a bad allergic reaction. .IgE was 595 IU/ml & TSH 4.57. With medication it went away. And from last one week he feeling pain in joints of knee toes shoulder wrist. The sugar tested was 122(F) & 193(PP) And now the TSH is 0.19 uIU/ml. Please help how to treat this.

Can IME 9 tabs can be used for diabetes type2. I am suffering from last twenty five years. Kindly advise.
