Hormonal Imbalances

My TSH is 8.46 however, my T3 and T4 is normal. My age is 40 years. Please let me know what I should do.

My weight is increasing at a very fast rate. I have got thyroid tests done.everything normal. Can't sleep insomnia and have craving for food even after proper meals

I have been having thyroid from past 7 years and using thyronorm of 100mg. And took a thyroid test recently and found T3 and TSH are within the range. But T4 is 16.2., against normal range of 4.5 - 12. please suggest required.

I have been taking thyroxine sodium(ELTROXIN) 100 mcg for thyroid deficiency as per prescription. Yesterday i had thyroid function tested without taking regular dosage of Eltroxin. As per report i feel thyroid deficiency has been cured and right now i could the medicine. Please sugest.

My Fasting blood sugar is 155 and PP is 167. But HbA1c is 6.4. Taking Medicine Glycomate GP 1 gm daily. But it is not controlled. Please advise the proper medicine and when should I take it!!
