Hormonal Imbalances

Intend to discuss and get treatment for thyroid. Did not take any consultation or medicine in the past.

I had my date for menses on 26 Sept but I had an ipill on 18 Sept due to which I started bleeding on 23 Sept and it lasted for 3-4 days with light spotting towards the end but now I again started to bleed on 7 Oct which is not happening in a usual manner. It's light accompanied with pain in stomach and back. So what could be the reason ? Is their anything to worry? ND I am a type 1 diabetic from past 14 years and is insulin dependent but my blood glucose level remains in control.

I am DM type 2 since 2 years . My blood sugar is not under control and now HBA1C is 9.2

I might a hypothyroid patient.... I have a lot of fat in hip area, abdominal area, thighs n my arms.... These are the areas where I always feel difficult to loose my weight over these mentioned area... N in the rest of the areas the fat is okay.... How can I loose weight...
