Gynecomastia

Hey, I've been having Gynecomastia since late 2013 or 2014, one of those years, and I'm 17 at the moment. I've been waiting so long for it to go away, people keep telling me it'll go away, but years later, it's still here. I have Diabetes and hypothyroid. I also do eat foods that cause it such as chicken. But it's just been too long, is there a cure to this besides surgery?

Testosterone as a 15 year old as a FTM

I was wondering if there is some way that I could get on Testosterone being 15. I have been out as transgender for 3 years and my mom does not want me to start hormones. It makes me very depressed and anxious to see and for others to see that my body on the outside does not correspond with how I feel about myself. I figured if a certified doctor that specializes in this tells me I should be on Testosterone because I don’t need to go through puberty again and because of my mental health, I could.
