My father 71 .... sugar level 271 before breakfast....taking tab glycomet metformin hydrochloride 500 mg ....one per day....suggest

I was detected for diabetes in June 2017 my H1 test was11.5. I stop taking any type of sugar and changed my habits.my H1 test is 6.0 I am not taking any medicine . Kindly suggest medicine my sugar level with empty stomach is 120

I am 23 years old.doctor said i have pcod problem,but am not experience unexpected hair grow,acne at may face,but yes my wait is 68kgs,have hair fall problem.at the 1st of these problem Iam missed period 4-5 months then doctor say that i have  a that problem.so can I know it is true that I have pcod problem??I am not taken any type madicine right now but I eat papaya and my period is coming monthly bt last 2 months it is delaying in 7 day respectively.please give me some suggestions about it.

I have recently got thyroid with 8.odd n doc prescribed thyronorm 25mcg.. I have a cyst in right ovary for which doc has prescribed ovral for 2 months... n b.lay F also...ovral is a contraceptive tablet...so does it lead to difficulty in conception Or complications? N what is the need of b lay F?I was told it's some preconception medicine but I ain't clear.. Can I start now while using this ovral or it should be started after ovral's course is over? Please clarify..
