Hormonal Imbalances

I am a 43 year old woman. Over the past 3 years my weight has increased from 85 kg to 130 kg. I have swelling all over my body and my limbs go numb and I have a constant headache and sleepiness all the time. My sugar level is 168 mg/dl for fasting and 300 mg/dl post meal. What should I do?

I have no fever but my skin always feels so hot. what does the mean ? My age 25 and I have sweating in my leg and hand palm area

When I was in my teenage I used to wake up with a morning. Errection but now I'm 21 and don't get it often . My sleep time is 3 Am to 10 am but in my teenage I slept at around 12 does that effected my errections ?

I have men Gynecomastia problem. My age is 32.I have men breast problem. Problem is since 2years.

I have an unexplained weight gain and abnormal menstrual flow the past 4 months. I haven't had my menstrual period this month. I am supposed to have it on the 5th of October 2017. I easily get tired and find hard to sleep.

Hypothyroidism since 20 plus year delivered twins on 8 Aug since 7Aug dose was increase to 125 mg daily as tsh on last report was 7.9. however in no time I became uneasy irritated bowels movement increased and bp increased I never had bp. Doc gave me lobet to control bp suddenly I checked my weight to realise I have lost 7 KGS in 10 days .....I thought all these were postpartum related. But then I checked for symptoms n realised that maybe thyroid medicine overdose . Checked tsh it was 0.1.

I am 34 year old man. and weight around 99 kg.want to discuss about my confusion about diabeties. i have left medicine from last 2 week. but started going to gym and i am on discplined diet. i regularly check my sugar, its btw 100 to 110 in fasting and around 150 in random. i am doing right.

Hba1c is 8.6 feeling so week urine cannot be controlled at the time of urine
