Hormonal Imbalances

I am having Hyperthyroid problem, for last 4 yrs. form last month my eye getting bulging like graves disease. i am residing in madipakka, need appointment and fees details. i am from low level family.

My father is diabetic patient his sugar level today after lunch 103 mg he is feeling uncomfortable what to do right now

I am diabetic last.10 year but everything was good but last six month I hv left morning walk due to change in my job hv no time for morning walk and my hb1ac is 10.6 and fasting 208 and I am taking medicine gilimisi forte 4mg with one janumet 50/500 and one ppg.03 and same.combination with gilimisi forte 3 mg in the evening now what should I do . I do control.on sweet also.

My grandfather has been diagnosed with tuberculosis nad is undergoing treatment for the same. However his sugar is getting low around 30 to 40 inspite of eating proper food

My Dad has some serious swelling in his legs. He is a diabetic patient. His Diabetes is always under control but the swelling is not decreasing. Can you kindly advise?

My Blood Sugar level is around 150 on average and the SGPT and SGOT levels are 104 and 82 respecticely. I have not been on any sort of medications yet. My weight is 92 kgs and my hight is 5 feet 6 inch and my age is 30 yrs.

My mother is in medication for past 7 years aftr she got operated for thyroid glands. Everything seems to be normal till fee days back. But few months back TSH value rose down to 0.06 and now it has reached to 84 when tested today. What does exactly is happening, Can anyone explain please???

I've diagnosed high blood sugar on 29th August 2017. (322mg/DL) PPS. And I've gone again FBS & RBS on 4th October 2017 it was FBS- 140 and PPS 205. Again gone to test on 22nd October 2017 FBS -170 & PPS 290. Why it goes high. I'm in everyday excrise & diet meal plan having millets. Pls give some suggestions. FBS urine sugar is 0.5 & PPS urine sugar is 1.5 .

I m having diabetes with Fasting fig 90 and PP 117 and i am taking medicine JANUVIA 100mg once daily before breakfast. I am taking the medicine for the last 7months and I am having immense pain in my palm joint and fingers with locking of fingers. Also I have pain in my left shoulder, knee joints etc.Please advise.

I had pcos for which I have stopped taking medicine 1 yr back. But acne have suddenly increased. The acne hurts and it has left scats on my face. Which doc should I consult? Should I visit an endocrinologist to take medication on the root cause because dermatologists have not helped much
