Hormonal Imbalances

Fasting blood sugar is above 200. Taking glimepride 1mg morning before food. Everyday blood sugar changes between 175 and 240. One day if its 175, the next day its 200+ and changing back and forth.recently started taking glimepride 1mg.

My Mother is Diabetic and she has a tablet every day as per doctor suggested for Diabetic. I would like to know when we go for Sugar Test , Does she need to have that regular Tablet before going for Blood Test or not . Please advise. We have tested once without taking tablet it shows 450 but she doesn't feel that Sugar

Paitent is having bp, sugar, bearting problem, using cpap machine but in the we r not able understand she is getting more sweating bp is down or sugar is high we not understand kindly help us

Hloo doctor ..my grandfather is of 72 years.. And his sugre is not decrease by insulins.. He takes insulin every day & avoid rice ,sugre , patato , every thing that is harmful for him .but in reusut of his sugre level not decrease.. I am thinking about ime 9 . Is Ime 9 good for him?

Six months ago my TSH was 5.40 so doc gave thyronorm 37.5mg, lately my arms and legs paining very much with frequent numbness along with muscles cramps on shoulders, neck, chest and on ribs. I took TSH test yesterday to my surprise it was 12.98, I am confused now, please help !

I had Post partum drastic loss of weight within 2 months of delivery. I checked thyroid hormone levels. TSH:0.10, T3:1.32 and T4:13.70. I am currently taking 50mcg Thyronorm. I would like to know if I should continue with the medication.

By maturity onwards ...I have irregular periods...and my marriage completed 10 years...and doctor diagnosed ( pcod ) problem...and ,I have thyroid , tell me where I have to consult doctor...whether I can get pregnantr or not...?my current weight is 85

Swelling in Right thyroid lobe since one month.at that time fever and neck pain was there.After consultation of physician antibiotics was used &gradually fever disappear.Now external swelling not there but in ultra sound scanning swelling is observed.and slightly T3,T4 levels raised but TSH is about 0.01. So now what could i do .plz give suggestion.
